They won't let you run in the rain or if the track is wet. So, it ends up being a waiting game and I'm not so patient at waiting...

If the track is wet, they just cancel the event and saw good luck. Then you just head home. No refunds.

WTF!
I thought that 3 runs for 25$ was a rip, im going to be pissed if i pay and get no runs. How did some people get like a raincheck before?

well, if you don't get any runs, I think you get your money back. Don't take my word for it though. I just know that the last time we got rained out, we just went home.

It all depends on when the rain starts and how long it last. The first time we got rained out we got two time trials in and they canceled it. We got rain checks. Most of the group left too early to get the rain checks, but they handed them out at about 8:30pm or 9:00pm. In fact we will be using our last one to get into RMR this Friday.
They will do their best to keep the track going. If the rain only last about 30 minutes or so, then they will try and dry the track and try to get things going again. Like Kellie said, you just have to wait.
However once the eliminations start, no rain checks after that point. I'm hoping the rain was like today, in and out real quick!

Second best time overall and just wait, I will have the best time come Sept!!! Stephen keep me posted of your time this weekend? I am curious to see what the 75 shot Nitrous does for your quarter mile time. Stephen, I heard some good news, They have extended the cash for clunkers program just for you, I say you should take advantage of it. Keep us posted on what you pick, I hear the Yaris is very fuel efficient. |

what up slclx i have been out of town alot these last couple of months i am back for a week or so.
what if you just want to go see people race down the strip. Is there a cost entrance to be a spectator?
Ben asked if people were meeting anywhere before the event?
