So April 3rd is looking like the most popular choice for days. Is there a time that would work best? I want to get mass emails out by this Friday to give everyone ample time to plan and schedule for event.

Chris, I would say around noon. Give people time to sleep in. And if we BBQ, I would say somewhere other than SugarHouse. otherwise we will need to pay to make sure we get a spot.

I'm in for the weendend for the 3rd, 17th, or 24th. I have to work on the weekend of the 10th. I think speedshop would be great if the weather is still the same. A BBQ would be great and my wife is showing more interest with the get to togethers.

Your gonna send an email, right? Yeah, either way. As long as it gets sent out with plenty of time. I was just waiting for more confirmation on what time & date would be best. Now I am contacting Bill Jefferies at Hinckley Dodge. Gordon, I sent Jamie and email asking him, if he thinks MOU would care to join. You may want to ask the group at todays monthly activity if you are going. I will hopefully get email out before Friday & If you or Stephen wants to send a reminder out the week of, that would be great. |

So waiting to hear back from more folks, but it is looking like First M&G at Hinckley Dodge Race shop off 23 S State and BBq later in spring or early in summer time. Wanted to invite the MOU folks as well. I believe Bill stated they would provide some kinda small lunch like sandwiches, but if not we can always crusie State street and grab a bit somewhere on State St. So we can make this a light cruise afterward. sounds great Chris. and i hope we keep it on the 3rd i requested that day off for it! if not oh well. i'll try to catch the next one! |

Im up for anything anywhere. I have been out of the custom scene so long I just cant wait to get back into the shows and possibly club/team. Use to be a mini trucker in my teens and early twenties
