Stratus R/T Accident

My sister was driving my 2004 Dodge Stratus R/T tonight and was half a block from her apartment. She waiting to cross University Ave. which is a busy street. So she saw a pedestrian cross and saw that the traffic had stopped on both sides for the pedestrian to cross. So she followed the pedestrian across and then a car from one side didn't pay attention to why everyone else was stopped and was flying across University and smashed my sister's car. The cops are saying it is my sister's fault for "Failing to Yield" because there is no proof of the pedestrian and no witnesses. Here's the aftermath.

It was my commuter car, but my sister need a car to get to school and the music performances that she needs to get to. It's been a stressful night. She also just lives on the other side of Smith's in Provo where we had a shooting there Saturday.

Ben, I'm really sorry. I hope she is okay. I can't believe that on a busy street like that no one came forward to be a witness on her behalf.

Wow I'm sorry that happened. Hopefully everyone is alright and still doing well. Car's can be fixed or replaced people cant, I'm glad it wasnt to serious. Hopefully someone will come forward and say something on your sisters behalf.

Sorry to hear of the accident but really glad to hear no one was hurt. Cars can be repaired and thats why we have insurance. Either way of whose fault, just be grateful that everyone is alive and well.
