Car Show / Poker Run for Cystic Fibrosis

A friend of mine is working on the Tooele CF car show and poker run for June 5th. He's putting up $300 for poker run prizes and set up a poker run that starts with the car show and ends at Miller Motorsports Park.

The route for the poker run will go from Tooele to Ophir back down to Grantsville via the Mormon Trail road and then to Miller MoSport. Entry is $20 for both entry into the car show and the poker run. All proceeds go to CF.

He's told me the Corvette and Mustang clubs will have cars there. Only two awards for the car show (both of which will be people's choice).

He's also got a few goodies sponsors that will be giving away car related swag...

Just learned today that Miller Motorsports Park will definitely be our destination for our poker run. When we get there we will get a guided tour of the museum, get free admission to the SCCA event going on that day and get a parade lap on the track (time permitting).

All for the $5 poker run entry that goes to CF... ;D

Car show starts at 8:00 AM and the Poker run starts at 1:00 PM in Tooele...

Updated route. One of our organizers ran the prior route and found that they had chip sealed part of it. The new route is about 15 minutes longer without the danger of rock chips!
