Sounds like a great place to have a BBQ. I'll bring tri-tip and pineapple. It now shows that your from California. Most people from Utah don't even know what a Tri-Tip is. I like the Day-Break idea, it's a really nice area! |

Tri-tip is one of my favorite cuts of beef. It BBQs really well. Plus, when I do them, I've got 8 different types of ****es that I rub it with.

Your going to have to cook some up at the Bar-B-Q then!!! I love a good Tri-Tip!!! Costco had them on sale not to long ago for $3Lbs, bought 25 pounds. Think I have two steaks left. Don't see a lot of them in the meat section of most stores however. |

I only get my tri-tip at Costco because other stores cuts are really sloppy.

well, I dont have costco membership but I will kick in cash to pick them up. That's an idea, if everyone wants we can put a collection together and cook up a bunch of Tri-Tip, I can help Ben cook. Then have a pot luck where everyone brings something. That could turn into an awesome Bar-B-Q! |

Sounds good, I will get the pics of the park & bbq area hopefully today & posted em here on site. I will see what day we can schedule the pavillon for the bbq. I am thinking Saturdays would probably work best for majority. I could be wrong, would be the first time though  |

I work most saturdays, so its normally a bad day for me. Unless its lalter evening time, like around 5 or 6. But we will figure something out.

A BBQ would be soooo fun. I could bring Jack some of my famous green jello with carrotts, rasins, and bologna strips. YUM JACK!! ;D Kidding, i'll bring something else yummy.
