Hey Ed, Thanks for looking up the info. No problem Sir, it sounds like it would be allot of fun to set this up. I'm going to be doing the same thing in about a month for a work party I'm putting together for all the guy's I work with. Fedex is to cheap to give us any of our last 3 or more BBQ's we've earned so we're going to do our own. $60 for a half day with all the amenities isn't bad. |

$60 is a great deal. But I think we need more than 10 days of planning, and we need people to commit to it. Maybe we should do something like that in late august?

Throw out some dates everyone and we can start seeing what would work best for everyone. I'd say dates probably between Mid July - Mid August (Saturday or Sunday, Afternoon or early evening)? I'd be more than happy to pitch in $50 toward some meat for the BBQ.
Please Everyone look into trying to join in on this event. This would be Awesome to get as many of our members (and their families) together for this. As was stated earlier in this thread we will need to know for sure who can or can't make it when we settle on a date so that we know who can and will bring what.

A BBQ and Cruise sounds good to me - any weekend works for me and I don't have much planed for the foreseeable future

I never know for sure til the night before if I have a day off so when we get a date set I can request to have it off, but we still going to cruise on the 10th or 11th. I need to meet you guys.
