I was amazed at the amount of cars and people there. I didn't realize it was an actual car show and thought it was just a cruise-in. I got there about an hour early and was number 88 but there had to be over 200 cars there. Good times though. Gordy and I even got to register early for the Peach Festival while we were there since the coordinator stopped by. He said there were over 900 cars at last years show so definitely looking forward to this one!

No one from the club won anything or got selected for the calendar. When it comes down to popularity, like it does at shows like this, you have to really stand out or it will go to a the other makes.
The calendar is full of Chevy's and Ford's. One MOPAR made it, a 69 Charger. All of the cars were classics. Don't get me wrong, they were all nice cars! I for one don't go to shows with the expectation to win anything, if you happen to then it's a added bonus. But anytime you can be around some great cars and great people that's worth going for! Just wish the MOPARS weren't the one's always getting the short end of the stick!
Had a fun time hanging with everyone. Sean I hope all is well! Your ride might have been worthy enough to made it into the calendar.

I misunderstood it said burger stop so I thought we where all getting together to eat.lol. That's the name of the place. I'll most likely be there by 4pm again to save some spots. I don't think it's going to fill up as quick as last time as they are not picking the calendar cars this time. But I'm sure the main lot will still fill quickly. This will be the last time my car sees the road for the rest of the year. After this show it's going into hibernation for the winter.
