I'm down with a mod day for April 19th but where is it being held and what time? I got some Haol's I could usse Allot (lol) of help installing.

Well I dont have any mods to do, but I do have a small issue. Hopefully LH Miller will do the right thing. Here is the story, I noticed a lil drop of oil in garage, didnt think anything of it, it was one drop & car is too new to be dripping oil. I get underneath & see a few drops (nothing big) on my exhaust. I put my finger on it, (literaly) and smell it. Yep its oil. Check the engine dipstick, of course too warm toget an accurate reading on the oil level. So I let car cool and check first thing in morning before work. Oil level is good. Now I am at my first guess which is Tranny Fluid, I call to confirm the O ring TSB recall on it & sure enough it hasnt been replaced or done yet and Brad tells me yeah, its very common on many LX and Dodge vehicles. I kindly asked him what time is best to have that replaced when I get my oil change there. He tells me Monday and he would check on, if they are able to charge it to Chrysler and not me. I was like well I certainly would expect so. Since I am still under 36k miles and I had asked Trevor if that was replaced yet 6 months ago, when they did my Transmission software update & he said yes. But it now appears they didnt do it the recall when I asked bout it . Maybe I should have Ben take my car in & tell em it is his & they will have it fix within 30 mins at no charge. Boy Do I hate Dealerships and their greedy ways
Everyone that has an LX or any Dodge for that matter, please have dealership check or replace O ring for tranny, as it is a TSB recall. Dont want anyone to have to pay to get this corrected when it should have been done automatically. Thats one thing I loved bout Honda/Acura. No questions asked, in fact they proactively fixed without us mention or asking bout it. Ken Graff Honda in Provo (big ups to em). B*llsh*t bout ya got to ask bout it in order to have em replace it. Maybe LH Miller doesnt want any of my business. I am already pissed at the LH Miller Honda dealership in Murray and would never do business there again if they were the last dealeship in the world. I would go in there with the Civic and they would tell me it needs 3k+ of maintence repairs everytime i did an oil change... (Yeah I know I should do my own oil change, but sometimes I have more money than time which is very rare, plus everytime I did it, the cost was the same or higher, but I did add better performance oil.) I say Baloney, Havent paid a dime and 3 yrs later still running great. Well that is my long rant. I probably should move this over to piss poor rant ;D

wow man, I hope they fix it. If you ARE under 36K I dont see what the big deal would be. Its a pretty quick fix.

Chris I know how you feel about LHM dodge. Im boycotting them for a while. They pissed me off with my fogs. My dad got them for me for xmas. Before we installed them I called LHM and asked them how much they would charge to activate them once installed. The dude I talked to told me $30. Not bad I thought. So my dad and I installed my fogs and I went down there. They told me it would cost an hour of labor and would be something outrageous like $90 to do it. They claim they would have never told me $30 and treated me like I was on crack. I told them to bring my car back and left. Called the other dealers in the area and most said about the same amount. So I called the guy I bought my car from last year at Doug Smith and told him my story. He said they would do it for $30. I drove to American Fork one day after work and they did it FOR FREE!! Took like 2 minutes. LHM is a greedy greedy dealer. gr. HA im done now.

I had the same leak Chris. They should fix that for free. I didn't pay for mine to get it fix. I knew I had a leak of some kind and they checked into it and fix it. If you are under 36k miles they should cover for it.

Get some paint we can do it. Go to that place I told you once about called ABC Auto Supply its on 3099 S 300 W. They give you a full size can of paint and its like $12-15 bucks just need to give them your paint code
