If you were planning on painting the CBD hood, i think that looks good too. But leaving it all CF doesnt look that great imo. I also like this ramair

I would probably leave it carbon fiber for a bit then eventually paint everything but the scoop and leave that carbon if I went that way.

leaving the scoop unpainted looks good. Leaving it all unpainted looks, to me, like you couldnt afford to finish it. Just me.

Both great choices. I think the lighter carbon fiber hood would be cool, but personally the Shaker hood would be kick as$. I say go with the shaker hood. Keep us updated & we want pics as soon as you get.

Ben I think he said he is gonna sell it, but not sure. The fiberglass appears to be warping on the passenger side up front. It is lifted about a quarter inch from the corner where the fascia meets the fender. It can be pushed back down so it is not an adjustment issue.

The hood isn't warped but will some times flex when its cold out and I drive it. The mix of the hot and cold will cause the hood to lift at that corner. That gets really annoying. Once the hood has cooled it will go back to normal though. And yes I am going to sell the hood. I already have a guy on another forum that wants it

Dang!!! That challenger style hood looks sweet on your ride. I'll be sad to see it leave your car.
