Starting the teardown

Ok here are the first pics of the teardown start, on Monday we are dropping the rear and then the engine/tranny ect as a whole piece, it will be easier to pull the 6.1 out and put the new motor in and surprise it's not a going to be a 426 Stroker.... it's well a secret Yes the liner was gnawed on by a packrat prior to my buying it and I toossed in a pic I found of my RangeRover and 383 Stroker 80 Z28 the pic sucks but hey I took it on an instant camera in 92.

I seem to have picked up a few guardian gearheads and a prayer from the blessed mother of exceleration. I'll keep the pics comming and when I get the OK I'll give the details on the specs ect. Indeed Kellie I have been very lucky to have the people I do working on this build...very lucky. lol I do have a thing for going faster then common sence ;D

Very excited for you Sean! Like Ben & Mikey stated, cant wait to see what numbers you are putting down on both track & dyno.
Going to be one of the heavy hitters! You may want to look into SRT8 Ford 9” conversion for rear end.
