Sorry I'm going to have to pass on this one, wish I could be there. But I will be attending a private car show on June 5th which also a fund raiser for Primary Children's. If any of you are around 4074 S. 300 W, SLC around lunch time that day, stop by as they are giving out free BBQ lunches, no charge for spectators. Plus you can put a vote in for my car!  There will be about 40 cars. |

I have to ask this question......
So even though there looking for old cars, they are OK with new cars......
I only ask, because the last time I went to one of these kind of shows, I was almost turned away because I drive a 2005

I called Rite Aid and asked just that, if it was for only old cars or both. I was dirrected to the lady who is setting everything up and she told me all classes of cars are welcome and that they just didn't realize it till after they printed all the flyers. I was assured we are All welcome and able to register our rides for their show. I have to ask this question...... So even though there looking for old cars, they are OK with new cars...... We can deffinetly see what is close by and meet up before we roll in. I know theres a big lot just down the street that they did another car show at last week, it's at the Smith's Food on about 9400 South and just above Highland Drive. I think I will be available that weekend, go ahead and add me to the list. Are we going to try and meet somewhere before so we can all show up together? |

Hey Guys,
Count me in..........
I attended the Shriners Hospital show last year, all of the money donated at the show was going to the hospital. Two weeks later the people who attended the show delivered a 12K check to the Shriners. Three of the kids who had special bikes built for them from the previous years show donation rode through the crowd..... not a dry eye in the place. This is the biggest reason I love living here. All the shows in Calif. I attended the cash went to the clubs and not to a orginazation that needed it.
