Is there a certain place that everyone will be parking? We usually park right out front, closest to the doors, if we can find enough parking spots by each other. You wont miss the group. |

So are we meeting up north so we can cruise down together if we are meeting at the expo center at 9 for the m&g i say let's meet at mad brooks at 8 and hit the road by 8:20. If we're ding the m&g earlier then we can adjust the north meeting time. |

As you all know Autorama is this week. For those of you who exhibiting, here is information I posted on the MOU Froum:
The official move in time is Thursday, March 2nd between 11 AM and 9 PM. I asked JC about moving in on Wednesday evening and he said there was a possibility but wouldn't commit to it (depends on availability of judges and the completed preparation of the floor). The procedure, this year, calls for judges to meet each car as it enters the building, completing the registration and classifying the car. The exhibitor and the car are then escorted to the assigned spot. A judge has to be at the door to meet you to complete the registration.
Don't forget:
* Only 1/4 of a tank of gas is allowed
* Gas cap must be taped or locked
* Battery must be disconnected or the kill switch turned off
* There must be something under the car to catch oil drips
* We cannot "lounge" around the cars during the show
* Your vehicle must be in your assigned spot to be judged
* Anyone who starts to tear down before the awards ceremony on Sunday evening will be disqualified from any awards
Here is the show schedule:
Friday: 3 PM to 10 PM
Saturday: 11 AM to 10 PM
Sunday: 11 AM to 7 PM
Awards: Sunday at 7 PM (If you aren't there, you won't get your award unless someone picks it up for you)
Exhibitors can enter 1 hour before the show with their exhibitor pass
Exhibitors can purchase up to 6 additional weekend passes for $20 each up until Friday when the show starts. (If you want your friends to see the show, this is the most economical method: 3 days for $20 and a different person can use the ticket each day)
I know there are lots of rules. That seems to define life these day but let's have fun anyway.
