So for those that created their own trunk liner, how hard is it for a DIY project? I would like to do one but don't have a template. Any help/advice with pics would be appreciated!
Thanks in advance!

The trunk liner is a pretty simple project and fairly cheap to do. I did the whole project for about $20-$25.

If you use the search function on the z forum or chargerforums they have a template updated then you need to go to a store and blow it up. They have some good tutorials on those sites.

Ben, what materials did you use and where did you get them? I also found this guy who makes and sells them for a pretty reasonable price. I emailed him with a couple q's and hope to hear back soon. www.chargertrunkliners.blogspot.com/

I got a thin plywood at Home Depot. The speaker carpet at an audio shop. My letters were done by Tap Plastics in San Jose, CA for about $3 a letter. Also picked up an adhesive for plastic materials at Home Depot to glue the letters on the plywood board.

Trunk liner mod day...sounds good to me. I'll start looking around for the materials. If everybody else does the same, we should plan a day.
