Another welcome from Syracuse! Glad you were introduced to us and you took a minute to check us out! Had a chance to drive the Caliber when I went to my SRT Track Experience a couple of years ago, those are quick little cars!
Hope we have the chance to meet ya soon!

Hey thanks guys for the welcome, I realized I didnt have an LX vehicle, but i figured having an SRT somewhat helped me qualify to be in this ELITE club!! (But my dad has a 300C does that help!) I have been looking for a local Mopar club I didnt care what type of club, just a club!
So a little about me, I work for a software company, I go to school. I love computers and cars!!
Im currently looking at getting a Challenger, or a new Dart SRT4 when then arrives.
My car is an 2008, I have done the following: Mopar Stage 1, just had a full exhaust from the turbo back but got caught with NO cat. so now just a cat back system, Progressive rear sway bar, BC adjustable coil overs, front strut tower bar, cold air intake, light weight under drive pulley, motor mount inserts, EBC green stuff, aftermarket wastegate, Bridgestone Potenza (summer only).
I currently have a vaccum leak somewhere and cant locate it, so Id love to do the Dyno test for sure, but im not sure my car will be its best cause of this.
I look forward to talking to you all.

Yeah its been tossed around bout changing the name a few times because, we dont want to discourage any modern mopar away. We realized as the club has evolved, we now have WK2/GCSRT, "LY" Challengers, SRT4s and SRT6, Vipers and many other worthy mopars.... This club isnt about exclusion so the more the merry and we are glad to have you here. Your SRT4 sounds very impressive and many of us know the potential cause they are wicked fast. We had a black owned by a guy name Tony, come out to Wendover Track day with us couple years ago and he was running SRT8 times, infact beat a stock srt8 and all the R/Ts and was tenths off mine, eric's and Bryan's srts. You should come out to dyno day regardless, even if you dont end up dyno'ing, you can hang out as we are making this a meet and greet, cruise to get some lunch afterwards. Hope to see you there. Good luck locating vaccum leak.

I currently have a vacuum leak somewhere and cant locate it Not sure what all you've done to locate the vacuum leak, but one of the tricks I used to use was to take one of those portable propane torch bottles and turn on the gas slightly (but not igniting the flame) while the engine is running and pass it around the areas where there are gaskets and hoses. When the propane would hit where the leak was the idle speed of the motor would speed up. If the idle would speed up on one of the hoses, I would pinch off that hose to see if the engine idle speed would change to verify it was that hose.

Welcome from west jordan! another srt4 FTW! NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!! Just playin. Welcome from Wyoming! We need some more SRT 4s here. We have EVOs and STIs on every other driveway around here... an SRT 4 would be nice competition for all these punks around here. Maybe I'll go buy one and have me a little track toy... theres an idea! Again, welcome and maybe we'll see ya at an M&G this summer! Oh yeah... are you sure you have a vacuum leak? I once had a 240sx built to the hilt and one day kept fouling. I never found what was wrong and kept chasing a leak. Turns out I actually had a fracture in my cold air intake right at the MAF. When temps change it would expand/contract and close/open the seal and create a negative read at my MAF sending my car into limp mode. My buddy who I sold it to figured it out by simply leaning on the intake while it was idling and stuttering... the RPM leveled out and all was well. We pulled the intake, sanded it down hit the joint with a TIG, and BAM!!! All was good. The motto... weird things happen to turbo charged cars... str8 weird.

Hey thanks for the welcome, Yea I have an SRT4, but I would love a Challenger, just so dang expensive! Im not 100% its a vaccum leak, but I leaning towards that, I dont think its the cold air intake, because my car doesnt have a MAF, so im not sure if thats the issue or not. Im also need to play around with the boost levels as well since I have dinked around with that too. But yea turbo cars are very finicky, almost too much. oh and every WRX that has pulled up to race me, I have beat!! everyone!! Havnt raced an STI or EVO yet, but that day will come im sure of it!

Lots of dish soap works for vacuum leaks too. But the torch idea sounds more modern. Go with modern.... yeah!
