So I'm not entirely sure that the nitrous system has been working properly shortly after I left premier. When I went to refill the bottle, they only put three pounds in and I've had the system on and activated often. (safe conditions of course)
I think it has to do with the zex window switch not getting the right information on WOT. So a couple questions...
Using the zex window switch, what needs to be programmed into step one? How should the display look for a 2007 300c srt8?
The rpm wire is attached to the cylinder on the right bank, far back next to the firewall as you're looking at the engine from the front. Is this cylinder 1 or 7? Is there a better cylinder to tap?
Does the throttle boost option on the diablo programmer mess with TPS voltage in any way?
Where is the best place to tap a wire for the TPS signal? Near the unit above the pedal or near the throttle body itself?

Just to clarify something, this isn't a knock on Premier at all about the installation... I just don't have the time right now to take it in and have it looked at.

Did you ever get this figured out?

I'm sure it's a wiring issue somewhere. And my only refill didn't seem to have nitrous in it at all when I purge. I've talked with premier about them taking it back and putting a credit to something else and they said it was okay to do that. So, new fun soon.
