Hey guys, Just thought I'd introduce my wife and I to everyone. We purchased a 2009 Charger R/T last Saturday in an effort to shrink the number of vehicles in our driveway. Anyway, I snapped a couple of quick pictures earlier this week, but you'll have to forgive me for the car being dirty. Looking forward to meeting up with you guys in the near future!

Welcome to the group! What year is your Trans Am in the back ground of the second picture? It's a 1986, it's been off the road for the past few years while I've had the engine out for some 'maitenance' ;D

It's a 1986, it's been off the road for the past few years while I've had the engine out for some 'maintenance' ;D It looks like it's in good shape, from the picture. What are you having done to the engine? I've always liked the Trans Am, thou Mopar's are my first love. Make sure you hang on to it now that Pontiac is going away. It will be a classic for sure down the road (more than they already are).

I pulled the engine out with a little over 100k on the clock and decided I would do a basic rebuild with forged internals, hotter cam (haven't chosen one yet), Vortec heads, upper and lower intake manifold with runners, full exhaust with Hooker Headers and my own version of an SLP Loudmouth system. Eventually I plan on going with an STS Rearmount for a little more motivation, plus a healthy suspension as well.
