05 300C 5.7, Bone stock, daily driver, year round. Considering all the mods you have done, Where would you start if you had it all to do again? I'm not big on appearance mods, but here's where I'd like to be: Tranzfromer shift kit Exhaust Predator tune Eibach pro springs
I have 3 kids and a mortgage, money is very tight. Put these mods in order, and why.

I'd suggest cold air intake, exhaust, predator, shift kit. In that order. If you don't already have a cold air I have a K&N one I could sell you fairly cheap, and we could check out some exhaust prices while you were there to get the gears turning

Doug, as you are aware of, there is an unlimited amount of things you can do to our cars. Of your list, I would do Exhaust, probably first, cause they sound so nice on our V8s, they way the should sound from the factory. Save your self some coin and see if you can buy a used setup that is for sale locally or on the National site. To give you a idea, I was able to get my Magna Flow Catback (used) for $300. Other have cut resonators out to give it that throtty sound. 2nd, would be predator and if you can, I would do a CRM tune over the Diablo canned tune. The predator will wake your car up and you can find these for under $250, which is probably the best performance bang for the buck. CRM tune, Heath added another 34 RWHP, not bad for $250 Custom Tune. Keep in mind 20 ish on a stock (ish) car is very capable. Springs would be third, to give car a more aggresive stance and get rid of all that wheel well space. Tranzformer shift Kit would be last on the list, not a bad mod to do, especially if you are wanting to clean up the sloppy shifting, but you can firm that up using the Diablo Programmer, or AMG Blue Tops or Stage 2 valve body or even the Mopar Transmission Control Module. Also how often are you tip tronic mode, where you are going through the gears. I would say this is more ideal, if you planning on tracking your car, and want to hold gears longer or speed up shifting or tighten firmness but for every day driving, it maybe an overkill mod, just my 2 cents for what it is worth. Oh yeah, as Harrison mention, if you dont already have an Cold Air Intake, pick one up in top 3 mods, your car will love it, especially with the cold season upon us and you will love the growl it makes as it is sucking cold air into your manifold/engine. Easy and relatively inexpensive mod. Keep us posted of what you decide. Its a great list to start and if you can buy everything lightly used, its even better ;D Oh Yeah, dont forget to spend money on wife, it usually makes getting mods a lot easier, down side is for every dollar I spend on Betty (my car) I have to spend on Brittany(my wife)

Thanks for the suggestions.
I definitely want a go car. So I'll put my money there.
I will keep my eye open for used exhaust and intake. I wouldn't mind just doing mufflers, but I still have to pay a shop for that.
Dart, you have a K&N? Used? I just have a drop in, with a home made cool air tube through the bumper. Sounds like you have a store, I'll have to come check it out.
Let me know if you guys hear of someone with used stuff. I'm excited to see what's out there.

Yeah, It's off a car we recently supercharged. Should fit your car no problem. It also looks like retail for us is $220 new, so I'd sell this one for like $175. The shops at 8261 S. Redwood Rd. and I'm usually here from 11-6 Mon-Fri. Also, I just did some checking around and depending on the exhaust setup you can pay anywhere from $500-$1400

Hah... this is an easy one!
1. Intake AND tuner
You can buy combos from various online sources for a good deal, I bought my C&L Inkate with a Predator brand new for $400. Careful with the K&N. Not to many rave reviews about it... I like my C&L and some claim heatsoak, I say prove it. My intake temp readings will tell you otherwise.
2. 180 T-Stat.
Simply put, its fast easy and with a predator you can reset your fan settings to keep things running a little cooler on those warm days. Helps for keeping the driving more fun.
3. Exhaust.
Go balls out with a header back package or just go piece by piece if you'd like. You can go an innexpensive route with something like JBA or extreme with a Corsa by Kooks Custom Header. Don't let anyone get down on JBA. If you check the nat's forums, you'll see a ton of members run them, abuse them, and love them.
I use Magnaflow Mufflers, Blastin Bob's Resonator Delete, and Doug Thorley Headers. If you are on a budget, piece by piece is not a bad thing and the Blastin Bob's mandrel bent 7db kit adds a nice tune to the rear.
4. Shift kit.
Either way, if you do the MTCM kit or the Transformerz you'll be happy. The Predator can change shift settings to mimick that of the MTCM but it is not 100% the same. While your at it.. get the valve body or the blue top solenoids to better handle the extra pressure in the lines created from changing the TCM settings.
5. Suspension AND wheels!
This is one of those things that handling is beyond just the suspension. Tires and wheels make a huge difference.
....
Somewhere in here, get a second and third job because like a pringles can once you pop you can't stop! You'll never want to quit!!! I'm proof.

As stated intake, tuner, & exhaust would be the top three. However the first thing I would suggest would be the tuner. Just the tuner alone will make a big performance difference in your car, one you'll notice right away. Then as you add the exhaust, intake, T-Stat, and so forth you can make those changes in the tuning program to take full advantage of those mods.

Well now that were into winter, maybe I'll try to save up until spring. It would be nice to have enough to do intake/tuner or tuner/exhaust. I'll watch the fs and see what comes up.

Some good finds at www.lxforums.com/board/f57/Thanks for the referal. I'm watching a DS predator. I guess those are disscontinued? Is there an advantage to the intune? It looks like the same thing with touch screen and logging.

So just in time for the snowfall, I got my InTune! And solved my oil leak. Hopefully we get some dry roads soon to see what's she's got. What's your experience with the auto stick mode? What works on the 05 C, mode 1 or 2? I set up 91 cai with shift firmness increased.
