Well it took 2 days and an hour on hold today, but we finally got the code removed!! For whatever reason doing 3 way calling wasn't allowing the extension to be pressed from Evan's phone, so just out of sheer annoyance I pressed it from my phone and it worked lol (should have gotten annoyed on day one). Took all of 2 minutes to reset and we're done!!
Thanks for all your patience Evan, I hope you enjoy your new toy, I'm sure you will!!

Thanks to Ed for the good price and for sticking with me during our hour on hold with diablosport to get the stupid thing unlocked. I got it plugged in an installed, roasting the tires all over the place.
