I have been talking with Stu over at Inertia Motors and will be doing either a 392ci or 400ci stroker the first part of next year. What other mods do you guys suggest I should do that will help me get the best performance out of it.

First mod order is to trade Charger in for 3Hundy. JK But seriously, I would look into the 400Ci Stroker kit ,as you know the sayin "No Replacement for displacement" .. I guess a predator or the new Trinty programmer would be in order as I think you will need that to tune your newly modded engine. I would look into a nice set of LT Headers, make sure to get a sick as$ cam, and look into Forged Internals.
Dont forget with all that added speed, going to have to upgrade brakes, but I think ya got that already covered. Me personally I would invest in a heavy duty cooling system for Oil, Trans, Power steering. d**n this is a very expensive hobby, but speed cost!

Ya I know. Stu was saying that since I run n20 they can grind my cam for nitrous and I would be able to run a 250 shot. Do you think I will need a LSD

Do you think I will need a LSD The question is do you really want to run 250 shot of Nitrious? Are they going to grind your current cam or is this a whole new cam? Not 100% on the LSD, but I would imagine so.

It would be a new cam. The price for the stroker is not bad compared to what a supercharger would cost. I always wanted to get a stroker since I got the car

You will get the first ride Chris as long as I can get a ride in yours when you get your stroker

You need a torque converter. Period. It was the second best thing I did other than the 426. 2800 stall. You don't need to do anything besides install it...the car will adapt to it just fine.
You will also need a Predator if you are stroking your motor...it is the only way to tune it (load your CMR) so that is already part of the package.

I would just start getting all the simple stuff out of the way headers, exhaust, cam, etc. Well not really that simple but you know the basics oh yeah TC like king savage said.
Its going to be hard to keep up when you get all this stuff! I just want a supercharger on my R/T, i dont need to go that fast right now but i still want to keep up with most things on the street. But my next mopar WATCH OUT!

Ya MikEy...I am making an assumption that a 5.7 based stroker will have whatever it needs in the package...headers etc. I am not totally up on the 5.7 but we'll let Stu take care of that build.
I am not kidding when I say a torque converter will flat WAKE UP your car. Say $700 for a Pro Torque, Precision Industries or other brand and then $300 or so install at a dealer or wherever and I am not kidding you...your burnability factor just went up by a thousand percent!
