Very Nice work guys. Ben thanks for posting pics & videos. Congrats Lee & Kira for clocking the best R/T & 1/4 mile time. Kira that is awesome that you broke into the 13's Great Job!!!. It looks like everyone overall improved. Congrats Mikey for breaking into the 14's. Next for you is breaking into the mid-high 13's. Mikey that mustang you raced is dialed in to a T, I broke out against him as well. Lee I see you had a higher trap speed and much quicker 1/4. So I am guess the Charger allowed you to run all the way through in first gear. Gordon, I see that the straight 100 octane served its purpose. Great job Ben, cutting close on your Dial in, I would have put 13.95 with you running so close to 14 flats all day, I know as temp drops, your time usually drops too. Wonder what caused your to do the opposite. None the less, I will hopefully make it out to Sept (the last bracket club racing for the year) and it would be nice to get Joe(SRT8 Challenger), Jamie, Jeff, Stephen, Kellie and some new race warriors out there too. Pretty much anyone whose mild to wild modded 3.5L or driving R/T & SRT8 should be out there. Did Ed or Carl bring out their 3Hundy SRT8? Has there been any new Challengers out, surely we arent going to let the new Camaros show us up.

yeah, I wanna get out to help support yah'll! The Bee aint ready to race just yet, so I'm on the sidelines for now (does anyone else here race a stick shift?)
my biggest problem is that I have band practice every Friday night. we practice right down the road from RMR & we can hear the cars every once in awhile. it definitely makes us wanna take a drive out to the track. my drummer has a '71 Chevelle, so he gets the itch as bad as I do.

Well Jeff, Hopefully the bee will bee ready by the Sept RMR club racing. Most of us our vehicles are auto(s) unless we get some new Challengers out there... They are the only one that comes equip in both transmissions. Tell your drummer to run his 71 Chevelle under the MOU club.

LOL!!! My drummer & I have almost come to blows over the MoPar vs. chebby argument. he's as solid of a Bow-tie guy as I am with the MoPars.

I was there. The best time I ran was a 14.71. I guess I'm slower because I'm fat. I heard you lose a .10 for every extra 100 pounds in the car, but anyway...I made it to the third round where I lost to a white corvette with red stripes who was within .05 of his dial-in . I've seen him there alot so he's probobly an old pro at racing.
My last two times were slower 14.8's as the night went on even with good reaction times .07 and a .08 I think it was due to the track surface getting cooler which was creating more wheel spin at the start. I heard that the other guy(I can't remember his name) with the silver 300 made it to the finals but I don't know if he won.
My friend with the black mustang was knocked out first round, bummer! He won the heavy class last time we were out there he got a giant trophy and 50$ in the mail pretty cool.
I had a blast, the weather was great, made it to the quarter finals and ran a little faster.
