Arkansas just raised taxes on smokes .50 to help pay for new medical center and now the feds are talking about a .75 increase!!!! Time to quit, I don't agree with the new liquor law at all!!!! I was born in utah and lived there 28 yrs and being from a dedicated LDS family your raised that things are bad for you physically and spritually but for me when I hit an age that I thougt I could think for myself I started to drink. I knew what was right and wrong like most people but seeing alcohol in no way made me want to drink. I understand about trying to protect your kids from harm in any form but locking them away is not the answer and neither is a 10 ft wall!!!!
