10 day weather forecast looking good so far. Hey have we figured out the details. Its 10 days out from today. Would like to get a mass email out to all 112 members soon and than one again 2 days before and get some flyers made up & out to future members. I think we had 24-26 cars last year, hopefully we can double that this year, even though I will be there LX less.

I wish I could say that I had the details on this cruise. This is being put together by the Activities Director of the MOU Club. This is their year end cruise and has decided to invite the other clubs to participate. There have been several conversations about what route to take and the the time. They have been leaning toward the morning.
A couple of things you have to remember about the older cars is that they are always worried about heat. As with any car, over heating is not a friend to an engine and the older cars can be a little more temperamental. Plus add that if anything does break on the cruise, there are parts that they are not able to just run down to pick up at the local parts house. Some parts can be hard to get. So they can understandably be a little protective of their cars. That is why the morning time is being considered and a route which isn't too taxing on the cars.
I sent another Email off tonight asking if any decision has been made in regards to the route or time. I'm sure he's as busy as any of us are. I also know that the date is quickly approaching. I'll forward the info as soon as I can get it.
