I noticed that you painted your intake, have you had any heat problems with it being painted. There is a thought out there that by painting it, it somewhat insulates it, and could cause heat problems. Any feel back? |

No problems. Air is moving fast enough through it it never gets hot unless I sit idling for a while. As soon as I get going it quickly cools back down. Same with the intake manifold...Mondello calls their "paint" thermal conductive coating for whatever that's worth and they apply it for the sole purpose of trying to radiate more heat away from the manifold. |
