We are gonna meet up at the 7-11 next to crown burger no later than 8:15. Emily and Joey wanna go now so I will be taking my truck (try to keep up with me Richard...) ;D Can someone get me an address here please?  Or where do I meet people? I will be coming down I-80 from WY. Jon, did ya not get my PM? It had the address and my Cell number in there. Glad ya are making it, tried to convince Jack in taking a early 1 hrs breakfast/lunch break to come visit, but he is buried in work. Maybe you & Greg can twist his arm a little harder than I could. Ok. So everyone meeting at the Expo 9-930 then. Looks like I'll be there. I am trying to talk my father-in-law into coming down there Friday night and staying with his sister who lives in Sandy. Looking good so far:) Chris, exhaust manifolds are already in my trunk! (dayum, I have to shrink my engine pic...that thing takes up a ton of room every single post done.) Thanks Jon, You da man! I will dontate my stock shorties to a fellow member on your behalf. Kinda like pay it forward. So once I get the headers ported and replaced, my stock shorties will be given away as well to the next person. |

I saw this online I'm not sure if its been posted or not but you can get $1 off admission by bringing in a can of food for the Utah food banks. slc.clearchannel.com/slc-common/ncdu/This doesn’t mean you guys can bring 7 cans and get in free. Just thought I throw that out there, as I go shake down the neighbor hood kids and turn over couch cushions. |

There are some of us that are meeting in the Layton area and cruising down to the Expo Center, but if your coming down the 80 there would be some back tracking involved.

Since I haven't been to a M&G befre what is the general plan? Is the Expo the focal point or is it more like a LX gathering in the expo lot to enjoy the LX cars?

Just come early to the Expo and we'll all park together. Well introduce ourselves and check out each other's mods and see what we can help each other with. Mainly just to have a good time and then go into the Expo together. If we plan on going to eat afterwards, that we still don't know yet. We'll talk about it tomorrow morning.

It was Great to be able to come out and hang with everyone today. It was Great to see some new faces as well, unfortunately with my memory I've already forgot some names (sorry lol).

It was nice seeing everybody as well. I am glad I was able to show my father in-law everyones sweet rides before the Auto Expo. He was really impressed. Now if I can only talk him into getting a Challenger...

I was so happy to put faces to so many names. I am seriously looking forward to this summer and the raceway...hopefully we can get some good turnouts and have a good time:)

It was great to see everyone again. I had a great time! I lost everyone at the auto show, but met back up at the Dodge/Chrysler area. Go figure ;D Jon thanks again for the shorties and thanks again for the ride. I am still in ahh  . Told my wife bout your car and she is like "oh great, never going to hear the end of it" ;D... Jon your 428 Charger is very impressive and after riding in your car, 426 is definitely the route I want to go. I love the raw power from all motor monster. Excellent job on your build ;D Really looking forward to you runnng at RMR this spring and summer. I suspect Jon & Kellie will be running sub 12's this year maybe mid 11's  Good to see Ed and Nice to meet Dan, keep us posted on your spring/summer projects look forward to see it. Greg thanks for the cards and Taylor glad you showed up as well and post pics when you get your Spoiler installed ;D Stopped by Stephen house to get spy pics of his newly rebuilt Charger and all I have to say is WHOA, Interior looked great and love the rims. Stephen literally is going to have a new car come this summer. Cant give away all the details but everyone will certainly be in ahh. |
