If there are any of you that aren't planning on driving down to the Spring Fest the end of March and looking for something to do, the Autorama Auto Show is looking for one more Hemi Powered Car to display in their " The Hemi Nation " display. This display is shown at every show this year and is to promote the Hemi engine. All cars will be in their own corral that is roped off and there will be an over head banner promoting The Hemi Nation. There will be a special plaque awarded also for the cars at the awards ceremony. They are looking for a total of 4 cars and they have 3 right now. So far there will be a 70's challenger with a 426 Hemi, 09 Challenger SRT8, and my 08 Mag SRT8. We are in need of one more car! The official web site is www.autorama.com. It would be nice if we could get an SRT8 Charger or 300, but I'm sure their open to any model. If anyone has a car that would clean up nice let me know and I can let you know how to sign up! Nice way to show off your ride by having it in the spot light, and maybe even caught in a magazine picture (not guaranteeing anything mind you).

oh man. I just got my car back today too. If I wasn't going to Spring Fest I would be interested. But, Spring Fest is something I can't miss. Good luck finding someone. Maybe you can bring home a trophy.

Thanks Mikey for nice words, but I dont think mine is anymore Car Show ready than yours. I have to get my back trunk repainted since, my son closed garage door down on her I am also going to debadge my big Chrysler wing on back, I think Greg or Geoff asked, for it, so it is theirs if they want it. I also want to demold everything as well. A lil less Bling if ya know what I mean. The guy I bought it from, put all the extra stuff on(lil too flashy for me) but each to their own. I also want to Darken my tail lights & if I can get my personalized catch can ( lil engine accessories to dress it up) which I hear is a must for those who have CAI, before March 15th, I would consider adding mine, but I dont think they will allow me wait to the last minute. Otherwise I would, but I have a list of projects I wanted to get done before I consider entering mine.

Its Yours!!!! For you only $1300 bucks, just playing. Yeah its yours for free. Are you still doing 300C front conversion kit? I seen one on the SRT8 forum, & it turn out really good. It was getting alot of props. I will see if I can find it, and post pics.

I have thought about it, but I would want someone that already has my color (dont want to paint) Also, I would have to buy Halo's again. If you find a Magnesium Pearl 300C (5.7L) and they want to swap, let me know.

I may not be able to go to Spring Fest. I may be interested in doing this I'm checking to see if they are still looking for a car to fill that 4th spot. There is a chance they just filled the spot, but I'm not 100% sure. If they are still looking, there is a registration form on the show's website (listed above). The normal registration fee is $50. I was kind of expecting them to wave the fee for this display, but I wasn't told any different so I sent it the money along with my registration form. You can also monitor the Mopar's of Utah website as that is where all of the correspondence for this has been, www.moparsofutah.com. Go into the message board, click on "Next Main Event", and then "Autorama". I'll let you know as soon as I hear back.

Thanks for the interst guys, but I just got confirmation that the last spot was filled. If you have time you might want to spot by and check out the AutoRama show.

Does anyone out there know where I can get a good picture of a Red SRT8 Mag doing an awesome burnout? My son is working on a poster board for my Mag for AutoRama and have not been able to find one.
I'm trying to avoid taking my car out and doing it. Especially after spending 7 hours so far detailing it.
