I just got a CAI for the challenger and the mass air sensor does not pop in it screws in. On the stock intake there is an added piece for the air sensor that I need to cut off and glue to the CAI. If anyone knows another solution for this please let me know.

My stock intake was the same as the one that was on my charger. The mass air sensor just pulled out like the charger. Have you gone to autozone and look in their packaged door clips/ misc nuts and bolts area or by the PCV valvle to see if they might have a bushing simular to the one used for PCV valve that might work?
