I only have a single 12" sub in the trunk and I am getting a lot of rattle outside. I tested a box with 2 12" kickers and i thought it might blow the lid right of the hinges! Is there an adjustment I can make to something or a way to reinforce the trunk lid?

Your best bet is going to be DynaMat.

Or an even better solution is getting something similar to Dynamat so you dont overpay for something with a lower quality. Look into eDead or Fatmat. Better quality and price.

I have rattle on the lower part of the trunk and on my license plate. I need to bolt down the bottom part of the plate.
What a pain to have the rattles. Sounds great inside but not great outside:)

You can try turning down the volume! ;D

Better to turn it up and let the car next to you hear the outside rattles. Plus, doesn't that help with gas mileage? Kind of pushes you down the road

That is where mine rattles is on the bottom where the plate is. I think I have seen fatmat at some sound shops, probably gonna go with that. Hope it makes it better.

Let us know if that helps. I tried putting the fatmat behind the plate but it didn't help. Maybe I need to adjust my technique.
