That Glass Radiator looks awesome, cant wait to see it with the led light. Did ya change the thermo stat as well? Anyways It looks really cool.

yeah, changed it to a 180 temp thermostat. Got me 1-2 more mpg. Dunno if it was suppose to do that, but I can't complain. I need to flush the system though. It looks like a milkshake. It's suppose to be clear red.

You'll need something to cut your original radiator hose, gloves to hold the hot killerglass as you are heating the shrink hoses, a heat gun or a hair dryer. If you need help I can probably come by and help. It depends on when.

How much of the original hose did you leave on each side and also did you have to get mor rad fluid or just use the stuff you drained out?

if you look in one of the pictures you can see how I cut. I forgot to take pictures of the other side. I cut the other side after the bend. I had to buy a gallon of the fluid. I thought I saved a lot but there was still a lot of spilled.
