It is factory wiring from what I can tell. And I do not have the factory sub.
I have a buddy helping me out and we are going to do some wire tracing find out what goes where and see if we cant get it all hooked up. Worse case is i have to run new wires from the rear speakers to the head unit.

those green and gray wires are your speaker wires what i would say to do is hook 1 speaker up to a green and gray wire but im a 100% sure those are the wires and my other question is do you have the factory deck or aftermarket one cuz if it is the aftermaket one i know he just had the 2 amps in there one for subs and one for mids and highs so let me know and i will see if i can give you a hand on getting this fixed

It is an aftermarket deck, its an Eclipse AVN 5495. Thanks for all the help on this everyone! I really appreciate it.
