I looked at putting the firewall on the car last night but I have too much stuff that needs to be moved

I need to remove the cowl cover and remove the brace that I would attach the firewall to. It looks like the cowl cover is held on by plastic pins? Any suggestions on how to get the pins out?

I also need to remove the hood hinge on the car side. It looks like it has a piece that can slide towards the back of the car?

I dont have any suggestions (yet) on how to get the pins out. I'll have to go look at mine to see what we're dealing with. And if you need another set of hands, let me know. Always down to help.
