Here's the helmet reg's Required on cars 13.99 or quicker, helmet must comply with SNELL 2000 or SFI 41.1A.
Due that we are not running an official class I don't think exhaust maters. There were a couple of the older cars that were running open headers last year and the track didn't say anything.

Does anyone know of any for sale? Cheaper the better.. if I can't find a helmet I can't race and that would make me sad cause nothing is better then beating a muscle car with a little civic lol j/k but for real I need a helmet ;-)

Now you know you better run better than 13.99 or you will never hear the end of it. I once made the mistake of getting ahead of myself putting the carriage before the horse and that is something I wouldnt want to repeat. How much boost you running on that 1.6 liter? You might win a 1/4 mile race here & there against a muscle car but I dont think you would win any longevity races. Sorry bud, your turbo civic si is nice but I would take a 18 second muscle car anyday. I'll give you that, the power to weight ratio is certainly in your favor but keep in mind alot of our rides are practically stock and naturally aspirated. And deep down inside, you know you would rather have your SRT8 300 than the Civic, maybe not on gas fill up days. You can get a helmet at any Motorcycle shop for under $100. Are you going to run Sport Compact class this year?

First of all its a 1.8 L lol and I'm on 11 lbs of boost... this will be the first time at the track but ill have slicks so 13.99 I better run faster then that even if I do horrible shifting but ur absolutly right I miss the hell out of my 300 :-( minus the filling up part lol

No Go on Trophy! Oh well, should be a great time regardless of some hardware.
Gordon, I sent you PM with more info.

That's ok, I think RMR will be giving an award for first place and runner up, or at least they do for all the other classes. Maybe we can get so of the guys in MOU to step up and help out. I know they have the parts laying around. I'm sure I can check with SE there to talk to his buddy at Straghsburg Racing and see if they have any throw away parts from that Nitro burning dragster of theirs! ;D I don't think the parts are going to be the problem, just need someone with a welding torch!

Hey Everyone & Anyone,
Does anyone want to meet up at a central location, and cruise up over there together?
I am trying to get a location meeting point soon, to include in mass email. I thought this might be helpful, cause I personally always take the longer route or have to back track cause I passed the street/exit. I have the address as well as directions in the email too, for those that cant meet up around 345-4p on Friday.

I don't mind meeting up, I'll be in SLC that day. Don't want to get there too late however as the parking seems to go fast.

I have few errands to run when I get off work at noon, so I will most likely meet everyone there. I just sent out mass email, so check your junk, spam folders, that is where I found the email.
the email has directions and details, as well as the calendar!

Does anyone know if we have to register in the tower or do we just pay the 25 at the ticket booth and then go to tech inspection?

Does anyone know if we have to register in the tower or do we just pay the 25 at the ticket booth and then go to tech inspection? From what I understand you only need to pay $25 at the register if you only plan to race with the club that day.
