I just went up to flying J and took the freeway and the brakes where terrible. I came home and told Mike to take the rotors off so I can take them in. Fingers crossed it dont take him a month to get them off. I need to learn how to do this stuff myself. LOL. Is it normal for the shaking to come and go if its the rotors? Some days they seem fine and others like today its really bad.

Yep my Rotors are doing it something horrible. I am going to try to run it 8/5 and take the extended turn off, allowing me more time to brake, I guess I could always downshift as well. |

Some days they seem fine and others like today its really bad. Yes its the rotors. I am having the same problem right now. Just haven't had enough time to get them taken off and gotten them in. Rotors will warp if they get too hot from heavy braking. Ive have several cars over the years this has happened to, mostly from towing. Once the rotors were turned the problem went away. If you can it's a good practice to replace the pads when you turn the rotors, but not sure it's necessary. The only worry is now much meat you have left on the rotor and how much they have to remove to true them up. If you need help getting them off let me know and should be able to swing up and take them off for ya, would only take about 30 minutes to take off both front rotors. |

All about Dialing in a time and locking in on it. Im not the man to beat its Mikey. Mikey is dialed in, I would say Mikey is the man to beat. Going to be tough to get around him. Sounds like we need to pit Tony & Richard together first round. |
