SO here 's another one of my polls. I think I'm decision impaired. I plan on getting a cold air intake. LMI makes a nice one for the 2.7s whose shape I like. My question is on what to do with it once I get it. I was originally thinking having it airbrushed to match the paint job on my intake manifold. But I've received some other suggestions that I like just as much. One was to color match it to the car(Inferno Red) and another is to leave it as it is. They used to offer Red Carbon fiber but have since discontinued it, so that is no longer an option. Thanks everyone for your input. As always opinions as to why you voted one way or the other are welcomed. Here's my intake manifold and this is the CAI I want to get.

Well my idea isnt up there to vote on so I'll pass it by you, but what if you got it candy red cleared? Then it would still have the carbon fiber look but it would have a red tint to it.

I think any of the options you gave would look good ;D I have the same decision making problem as you Eddy. LOL. I say color match it with the car so it dont look so busy under the hood, but then again I like the carbon fiber look to. The picture you added on here of the carbon one looks wavey would look better if it was smooth. Good luck with it I think what ever one you go with will look great. ;D

How bout' both? Color match the smaller part and match your intake with the larger part... Just throwing it out there to confuse you some more!

I would see if you could tie them both in together to give it a Clean overall engine bay. Kna mean. I am sure, what ever you go with will look great.
