I dropped off the wheels at Shawn's (Unknown Coatings) Monday and dont know what to have him do with them. There are so many different possibilities I just cant decide what to do, soooooo I figured I ask my local peeps for your opinions. FYI, Im not a big fan of all black just because it blends in to much with the tires.

i think the maggie is just super sick in its current form, but i know how it is when ya just need a change! i think a 2 tone red and chrome would be pretty cool, but color matching the red might be kinda difficult and how to break up the 2 colors on that wheel is also a question but for sure i would keep the chrome lip! Guess im not much help haha! Or i just like your mag to much the way it is! Good luck on finding that just right idea though!

Well since you can see pitting in the wheel around the lip I'd definitely say do something to cover that at least.
If it were me, I'd say do the lip of the wheel in either black or red, then do the inner edge of the spokes in black or red also. Then you'd still have a chrome spoke face.
IDK how good it would actually look done, but in my mind I have it pictured in a pretty cool way.

How detailed can he get? How much bling do you want? There are not too many lines to work with but if you want WOW factor I would do the face the color of your car and black out everything else.
A more subtle look? Black out everything and put the color in the accent area.

No more bling what-so-ever. A lot of the chrome is bubbling up and chipping off....

My vote is for the top one. I like the color barrel better!

I'm with Kellie on this one, I like the first option as well. BTW, There's a d**ned good looking person in the background of those pics. Good taste.

I think it looks good the way it is. I like the chrome look sorry Im not much help. Yeah me too Tanya, only problem is with all the Kansas and Utah weather (sand and salt) over the past couple years it has taken a toll on the chrome. Powder coating is ALOT cheaper then getting new wheels =) Not to mention im ready for a new look.

OR.... Well I say go with something like the top picture here in Eddys post. Maybe black in the middle and a color matched red around the outside. Good luck and post some pics when she is all done:)

I'm going to go out on a limb here. Why change? The chrome looks awesome on your car. But... on the other hand, why not go with a rich black chrome in lieu of just black? If you matched your window sills to it that would look pretty sick. I don't know that I've seen anyone do that yet???
Nice maggie by the way. I'm going to be inviting everyone to Rock Springs for our annual Rods and Rails Car Show. Hope you can join!
