Hey Eric, what time are ya heading down there & what is the cost for specators? I cant promise I will make it because I get off work at 730pm and have to be to work 530am for 12hrs. I got to stay on the grind to get some mod money. Hopefully I will have my MagnaFlow cat back exhaust next weekend, just in time for club racing. Anyhow Good luck and like I say, we expect nothing over 12.99. Dont want to see anything in or over 13' seconds. Nice cool weather keeping engine heat soak down. Post up time slips tonight when ya get home.

Russ what are ya going to get her??? Srt4 or Charger SE, 3 hundy? She's buying it. It's an 05 PT Cruiser. It's her first car and she will be using it to get to and from college, Weber State, after she graduates this year. Got a smoking deal, but I have to exchange the motor however. Even with the cost of the new motor we got it for under $4K. As much as I'd like to see her in something more sporty, this will keep her cost down, insurance for one. We're trying to make all the final arrangements to pick it up tomorrow morning.

Thats a very good deal on a pt cruiser. I had to drive my parents cars around that age, learned a lot about driving at that time. Backed into two different cars in our driveway lol I would be PISSED if i did that with the charger.

I built my first car. 1968 Chevy Camaro SS convertible with a 454 big block, four barrel carburetor, and it got a nice whopping 10 miles per gallon.

I built my first car. 1968 Chevy Camaro SS convertible with a 454 big block, four barrel carburetor, and it got a nice whopping 10 miles per gallon. That is a classic! Bet you wish you still had it. Sounds like some of the older cars on the MATS cruise. Seemed like we had to stop every 120 miles or so to let them fill up. I remember racing my first car around (would you believe a wagon). I loved the throaty sound when I would open up the massive secondaries on the 650 CFM four barrel carb. But then I could also watch the gas gage move at the same time. Isn't nice to have cars that have about the same power, but get a whole lot better gas mileage!

Good numbers Eric, Yeah I expected time to be a lil slower than your Vegas times. So did ya say the turbonator increased your 1/4 time or made it slower. What was your 1/8 time & 60ft time & reaction time? Post the time slip when ya get a chance. I am sure we all want to check it out, at least I know I do.
Working 10 hrs today & than hanging sheet rock. I wont be able to make it to today test & tune, I dont think I can even make it to the car wash today.

Hey Eric, Do you recall the 440 Challenger & 68 Demon times? I wonder if the 2 know bout Club racing. Russ may have to check with MOU to see if they have a 68 Demon & 440 purple Challenger. I know they have Mike's 426 purple challenger on the list for club racing, but didnt see any 440 challenger.
Hey Eric, I think the MOU admin wants you to add a n to your screen name on the MOU forum, that way it would be hemifunk instead of hemifuk.

Not aware of a purple 440, but I don't know everyone yet. As you, I am only aware of Mike's 426. The Demon could be a member, but again I'm not 100% sure.
Wish I could go. I've got to start getting the motor together in my kids Saturn. It's only been in the garage now for four months now waiting on parts and the head to be machined. Also since the weather has gotten better I've got to help my wife get her garden in. Got to keep the wife happy so she will let me go out and play when I want!
But I will be there for the club racing for sure! I'm going to the track Monday afternoon to pick up the "Waiver" I've got to get filled out and returned.

and i dont think ether of them were in MOU and none of them even showed, there were 3 dodge trucks then the three dodge cars, no mopar support, i wish there was cause there were alot of mustangs out there and the only GT500 only pulled a 13.90 . . . . . lol only ford take a supercharger to break the 13.99

ya ill post my slips as soon as i get done with T&T and chris ya all change my name is that why i cant leave a post on comments? ? I am not sure why ya cant get in to MOU forum. I spoke with Doug few days ago & he mention to me to have ya change your screen name on thier forum. I guess he tried to reach you but didnt have much luck and he know I talk to you often and would have more luck getting in touch wih you than he would. So he asked me to mention it to you. He didnt say why other than didnt want to offend any other members. Here at SLCLX, I dont think anyone really cares what ya have for screen name as long as it isnt really offensive. All I can think is MOU is more senior group. SLCLX younger group. I really cant speak on why ya havent been able to post on thier site, as I am not an admin or have any say on that site. I am just a new member of MOU like you. Nothing more nothing less. I would just PM one of the MOU admins and ask whats going on.
