Ok, so next sunday, the weekend should be mid 60's, and should be pretty nice. What do yall think about doing our BBQ that day? Some suggestions was make it a pot luck. Bring your own drinks. So, does that day work for everyone? If not, got a better suggestion? Lets get going on this before its July.

Sunday is good with me, im either school or at work any other day of the week.
Maybe make a list of what people are going to bring so there isnt a bunch of one thing.

If it's on a Sunday I'm out. A Saturday works best for me. I know there's not one day that works best for everyone. Maybe start it at 5pm to give those working a chance to get there.
If it's decided to be on a Saturday, what about May 2nd? That would give us enough time to get everything put together.
My two cents anyways.

I will almost certainly be working May 2nd. I could MAYBE do April 25th, but the weather is not quite as nice.

Well, my family will be over this next week for my little sister's graduation from BYU. Sunday is usually the day I go to church, do all my church stuff, and the girls in my ward make dinner for me.

Well, we can do it around 3, so you would have time for church, and WE can make lunch for you. Course, we arent as cute as the ward girls, but we put out. lol

I've got church from 12-3 and then usually I'll have some other meetings til about 6. Sunday's just aren't good for me.

hmmm..... we need to find a churchless sunday. lol
Saturdays are very bad for me. My best sales day..... when I am actually there and not suffering at the house full of drugs. hehe

Any day would work for me, I guess we need to findout what day works for majority and plan something. Thinking Saturday evening may work best for a larger turnout.

Saturday after 5 is probably safe for everyone except Greg, who works some saturday nights. If the weather is nice enough that would work.
