For the last few months I have been having issues with my parking brake. Some days it works like it should other days it won't even depress, and the amount of pressure needed to apply it also varies. Anybody else have or has had any problems similar? How would you adjust it?

Wait a second, you mean to tell me we have parking brakes LOL.
Cant say I ever experience that, but it could be for the fact I dont live in San Francisco, dont park on hills, nor ever used parking brake, I guess I would if my car was a manual.
