As normal, the Peach Days show was quite the event. It's one of the largest Car Shows in the State, and one of the few free ones. Had a chance to talk to a lot of Mopar Owners about their cars and hear some of their stories. One in particular that impressed me was Carl who brought a 68 Plymouth Sport Fury. He was the original owner of the car, but was forced into having to sell his car at one point. He always regretted having to do that and always wished he could have his car back. Many years later his wife found his car, in a junk yard about ready to go into the crusher! They were able to save the car and spent many years restoring it, it wasn't in very good shape when they found it. Now it's a beautiful car! Didn't have a large club turnout, but there were a lot of Mopars there. I'd like to thank those from both the SLCLX and MOU clubs that came. There were cars there from all over Utah, Idaho, and Wyoming. Instead of posting pictures, I put together a little slide show video. I'm going to have to apologize up front as I didn't charge the batteries in my camera before I left and they ran out about 2/3's of the way through (and my back up battery was dead), so I didn't get everyone's pictures that was there from the two clubs. Here's the link to the video; www.streetfire.net/video/mopars-at-peach-days-brigham-city-utah-sept-2011_2311087.htm(Last check it was still processing, so if it doesn't load try a little later)

Yea, it's sure taking a long time for them to process, posted it three hours ago! I've not gotten any messages that there are any problems with it yet. But I did upload a larger file compared to last time.
Hope it clears soon.

Finally Up!
Looks like I just missed getting it into one clip, so it broke it into two again. When I just watched it, it didn't go directly into the second clip so I had to click it. Second part is very short.

Great video Gordon. The "Unford" is by far my favorite that one was in the Willard show. I love the old cars.

If I could have any pic of any car at the show my first pic would be my Mag! ;D But, after you know after that what my number one pick would be, the Superbird, then the 1924 Dodge Brothers Touring Car, and then the Power Wagon. That 1968 Sport Fury brought back a lot of memories as my sister inherited one of those (with out the hood scoops) when my Grandmother died. It also had the same front end as my first car, a 68 Plymouth station wagon. I guess my fetish for wagons goes way back! I'm not dating myself am I
