Hey all, I just wanted to give a quick update about what's in store for next year and the near future. I have never really given a company update and well, here ya go!
We will be moving towards sales of parts instead of install and custom work. For some reason I stay sore longer after working on a car or truck as time goes on lol. Also with the economy we have noticed a lot more "i will figure this out on my own". But sales of parts has continued to go up. I might take on specific install or custom jobs, but that will be on a case by case basis.
We will focus on the higher end products still, but will also continue to bring the wide selection that we have now. Our primary focus will continue to be appearance, mainly wheels, body kits/products, suspension and interior. But we can get pretty much anything as you have found out.
We will also continue to carry products for cars and trucks, parts for everything from exotics, sedans, imports, SUV, off road and pickups.
We hope to have up and running a new site that will only be for shopping. I have insisted on a "shop" where customer service is paramount and not just a click to buy. I work around a budget and need and encourage phone calls. We will continue this attitude but now you can click to buy the products like compressors, parts, body kits, basically the parts that do not involve a lot of options like wheels. You will be able to order via credit/debit or PayPal. This will be an SSL site with the highest security. Any purchases can also still be made over the phone!
The existing site will have a lot of descriptions, pictures, videos and information with a link to the other shopping site.
Next year we hope to introduce a line of products available for aircraft as well. There will be more to come on this, we are still working on details. There are endless FAA requirements in this area, especially for Jets.
Thank you for your support, the LX community is the strongest I have always said!
I take pride in the customer service we offer and every other aspect of the company down to client confidentiality. As always let me know if you have suggestions!
More to come but there is your update!
Pete
