Holy cow BBQ, HOOTERS, racing I need to figure out what I'm doing before the Race now.. Some of us should meet up and eat before we head over to race then we can all go over together..

Remember you want to try and get there as close to 4:30pm as you can. I've seen them start the time trails as early as 5pm. You don't have to do the time trails, but if you want an accurate dial in time it would be beneficial.

NO SHORTS for drivers. You must have long pants. No open toe shoes either.
For those that are new to this, we can discuss the pre staging lights and the end of race turn off racers courtesy in the pit area or during inspection.
See everyone back in the pit area around 345, and we can get a few there earlier to help rope of spots for the club that would be great. I know Gordon and I will be there early.We are going to have to uses some of the gravel area with a turnout this size but that is alright cause we can all park together.

Information Needed for Finalizing the list to turn into Ron the Track Manager for tomorrow night.
Gordon is missing the following information;
GotHemi- Justin- Last name
ACR801- Chase- Last name & City 04 SRT4 Neon
Barryb- Barry- Last name & City - 07 Charger SRT
Vito- Vito Genovese - Palo Alto CA- 06 300C SRT
Hotrod- Rod Symes- Taylorsville- 07 Charger SRT
jw97neon- Name & City- 06 Magnum SRT
06maggie- Bryan Lowe- West Jordan- 06 Magnum

Gordon, if the information isnt turned in, just have them go up to the tower fill out the information and have RMR assigned the number. I think getting majority of the list completed will help but there will always be a few who just show up and not on the list like in the years past. Just point them to the tower to fill out form, just my .2 cents for what it is worth.

Sorry for confusion, I sent off several request this morning looking to get the info I needed from several sources. Due to trying to complete the list, work, family, I've not been able to keep everyone as updated on my progress as I would have liked. See everyone tomorrow!
