Have we got an outstanding event planned for you!
Our event special guest for 2009 will be Chip Foose, That's right Chip Foose. Most of you have watched the TV Show Overhaulin and seen the amazing touch that Mr. Foose has with automobile design. He is one of the most talented automotive designers in the world. His accolades and accomplishment in the automotive design field are too numerous to list here. Chip Foose is one of the most sought after personalities in today's automotive entertainment industry. Selling out events everywhere he attends. Besides being a very talented automotive designer and a pure genius in automotive engineering. Chip Foose is one of the most genuine, down to earth, great guys that you will ever meet. He is a devoted family man and a wonderful roll model for all. Mr. Foose is one of those pillars of strength that stands for all that is good in today's society. He is an example that through hard work and dedication you truly can have it all. Chip Foose is living his dream. 5th Pic is my favorite hehe. Did it run low 11's (just playin), none the less, sure is a great looking car.

Besides the event at the strip. A caravan of about 35 Mopars travel from SLC to Vegas. There is everything from the 30's on up. They are going to travel trough Zions National Park and will be going through the 3 mile long tunnel. Imagine 35 muscle cars going through a tunnel like that all at one time!  |

I am driving down in the Challenger early Friday morning and coming back mid-day on Sunday.

Is anyone going to MATS? I am driving down in the Challenger early Friday morning and coming back mid-day on Sunday. I'm planning on it. Just have a couple of things to work out first. If you are able to leave on Thursday, there is a big caravan going down cruising through Zion's National Park. There will be everything from classics to late models. There are some very cool cars! Not to mention all the loloks the caravan will get. |

I will be there on Friday and Saturday. I have my Jeep and my Challenger entered in the New 5.7/6.1 Hemi class.
This event is loads of fun. It's one of the largest Mopar events in the country. The manufacturers midway is one of the best. There is a car corral where many good deals on rare cars are found. There is drag racing on one of the best prepared tracks you will ever see.
My family has been going every year since it began and it just gets better and better.
