So, this year for my birthday, I've decided on giving the Charger it's growl. Ordered the Flowmaster Super 44's last Friday, should be getting them this week, and install this weekend. Have plans for Blastin' Bob's resonator deletes, but we'll start with 44's and see how they sound. Yay!

Dude... you will want the resonator deletes. I have the 7db kit with Mandrel bends and boy did it make a huge difference. Once I put my Magnaflows on and the warmed up and broke in it sounds freaking amazing. Unfortunatley being the Magnum is a hatch back wagon, I get a lot of drone now that the system has truly heated up and is broke in. In a Charger this shouldn't be an issue.

Thanks everyone. And yeah, Alpine, deletes are part of the plan, just have to go at it little by little, as we are planning on buyin' a house this year.

Oooh nice. I want to get an exhaust on the Challenger, just don't want to pay for it! Maybe this summer...

Wow, got em on today. Didn't think it was gonna take as long as it did, but also did more than I planned. So before I did any cutting, I found out that the tubing to the "suitcase" was actually 2-1/4 OD instead of the 2-1/2" OD I was planning on (this means the out size of the tubing was 2-1/4 OD as well). Went and got some adapters made to go from 2-1/4 ID to 2-1/2" OD to fit in the Flowmasters. Got the "suitcase" replaced with a little modifying and welding of a couple of the adapters, as there wasn't as much room for the adapters as I had originally calculated. Welded it all in, with the help of one, Mr. Rob Staker, and then fired the beast up. Was really disappointed in the results, as it was only slightly more throaty than stock. Next step, cut out the resonators and see if the difference is unbearable. By far, this was the result I had anticipated. Welded in some pipe, now just have to get a hold of some MBRP exhaust tips to finish it off. The end result is a far cry from the stock setup, but isn't too loud to be unbearable. Don't get me wrong, when the drone kicks in, it is slightly annoying, not because of the vibrations, but just the fact that a Hemi shouldn't sound like that, lol. On a side note, I got to take a ride along in a SuperBee. It'll make you smile.

Post sound clip or even better yet come out to the AutoRama Meet & Greet so we can hear her roar BTW, whose SuperBee? Newer or older? either way, I can see how the superbee would make anyone smile! Whats not to smile about when you got alot of HP and great style to boot. Love me some SuperBees.
