So, Thursday, I finally convince myself to pull the trigger on an Intune. I order it from Maryland Speed for two reasons, club vendor, and free overnight shipping. Received it today. Great speed in processing and shipping!! Open the box, and Intune before I go to plug it into the Charger. Screen lights up, and the loading bar starts.....then stalls. Tried hunting for the drive on my computer at work, drive not seen. Take it over to the Staker's shop to use his computer, same result. Called Diablo Tech, got a hold of someone in about 8 minutes. Explained the problem, and was told to contact Md Speed. Emailed MdS, and they're sending me a new unit. Great response time from MdS, and I will certainly be looking to them for future purchases. I'm just a little disappointed in the new defective I received, just kinda put a damper on my weekend fun. I'll keep y'all posted!

That does suck. Maryland speed is always good. I know how you feel I wanted to have my car on the road for the
m&g, but still didn't get time to get it done.

That is why I bought mine locally. Although I did have a problem with mine out of the box also, but DS took care of it and I love the heck out if it!

Ok, so just an update...got my replacement Intune on Monday morning! Again, great customer service and shipping from Maryland Speed (y'all are great)! Got it plugged in, and just for giggles, gave 'er the 91octane tune. Really changed the response of the car. Played a little more with some of the adjustments today at lunch, and am pretty pleased with the purchase.

Nice to hear, thanks for keeping us updated. It's amazing on how those tuners wake up our cars. It's a wonder why they didn't come that way from the factory in the first place.
