If you are feeling the need for speed, come join the Mopars Of Utah Mini MATS event coming up this Wednesday! Bring out your favorite Mopar Hot Wheels and test your racing skills against your fellow Mopar friends!

You are all invited to our March activity which is Mini Mopars at the Strip. It will be held at the Larry H Miller Chrysler/Jeep Dealership on March 14th, 2012 on the Chaz Edwards Memorial Drag Strip. The time is 7:00 PM.

> Round up your Hot Wheel Mopars from the closet or hit the store and join us for real drag racing action on our gravity powered drag strip. You’ll stage your Mini Mopar just like the big boys, hope for a hole shot and look for the winning light in your lane. You’ll even get an E.T.

> This year we will run two tracks in an effort to speed up the racing action.

> As before, we will run two classes: 1) Under 18, 2) 18 and older. We’ll provide prizes for the Top Eliminators in the under 18 group and certificates for the 18 and older crowd. And of course they all get bragging rights.

> The entry fee is $1.00 per car. An entrant can run as many cars as they want at $1.00 each. Entrants will be allowed to buy in after the first round and possibly the second round depending on the number of cars racing.

> A special new feature: Match Races. Is there another racer you would really like to beat? Pony up $1.00 for each round and get three rounds to to match up your skills and cars. The winner gets the bragging rights and shall we race for Pink Slips? :-) (to be determined on a match by match basis)

> This is a terrifically fun fund raiser and great entertainment for the family. Please come out and join us. We will also have some Mopars of Utah T-shirts for those who want/need one.
