So I finally get all the stuff together to install this thing and finally realize that I have 16 spark plugs. Lol
It's going slowly but surely, though I don't think the bottle came filled as advertised. All I have is a bathroom scale and the difference between just me and me holding the bottle is 11 lbs. oh well.
Anyone have any suggestions as to where to tap the nozzle into the intake? That bend right after the throttle body makes me nervous. I don't think I have time to order the throttle body plate made for nitrous before the dyno day...

Hope to see what numbers you are putting down with the new nitrous set up at upcoming Dyno day.

At this rate I won't have it ready by dyno day. Think I messed up with tapping the intake cause the bung for the stock air thing sucks. I had to order a new intake. Now to plug the hole and hope nothing goes through it.

Now to plug the hole and hope nothing goes through it. Take it to a weld shop, have them weld over the hole. No sense in buying a new intake if you dont have to. Sure the welding would be cheaper, and than you could always have it powder coated as well. Just a thought, and good luck.

Now to plug the hole and hope nothing goes through it. Let's see the damage I've already put sealant around the bung. It's already dry enough to run the engine and will be fully cured tonight. The damage was caused by the drill tearing the rubber instead of cutting the hole. When I tightened the bung it split the tears more. Even with the sealant on and the nozzle installed, the nozzle points more to the wall than down the tube. So I figured just get an intake that doesn't have the flexibility as the stock one. I'm not sure about welding on the rubber air tube.

Be careful about the ashtray switch panel from nitrous outlet. Mine was bent wrong and doesn't fit. I still need to call them tomorrow about it.

Well it's finally installed. I broke down and went to Premier to have them take care of it all and it turned out to be a real nice and clean install. I think this funky app will allow an upload of the picture, but the dyno shows a base of 354hp 360tq, (lower than the Dyno Day), and a gain to 442hp 472tq. It's fun though. I just have to remember to keep the bottle warm before the spray. Attachments:
