Hey everybody,
I'm working with our newest member, Barry's (barryb) wife, for a Relay for Life in Daybreak with the American Cancer Society. Here's some the info about it.
June 23, 2012 4:00pm to 9:00pm
11400 S. 4700 W.
Daybreak, UT
We are having a car show being put together with the help of The City of Daybreak and Rio Tinto/Kennecott. All donations will be put towards the American Cancer Society and we are hoping for at least 100-150 cars. If you have a car you want to show off for a good cause please join us!! We are asking for an entry fee of $10 per car. There is no fee to come as a spectator.
The street that they will close down for the show is Kestrel Rise Road. It runs between Daybreak Parkway East and Daybreak Parkway West which is off of 11400 South. Kestrel Rise Road is approximately 4700 West.
There will be prizes raffled off along with info to sign up for the Relay for Life event on July 13-14, 2012. All other donations are welcome.
There will be a Luminary Ceremony at the relay that we honor those that have passed away as well as those still fighting the battle. Luminary bags will be available for $10/bag or 2 for $15. If you have friends/family/acquaintances that have passed away, fighting cancer, or have conquered cancer and would like their pictures shown, please email them to:

There will be a live band called "Contagious" playing that night as well.
Relay for Life will be on July 13-14.
Last year they had a rock wall, bouncy house, laser tag, and other things there for the kids.
