I finally made it home after an unfortunet visit to the ER on monday after blacking out repeatedly at work. They thought I was severly dehydrated so they pumped me full of fluids and sent me home. The next day the same thing happened all over again so back to the ER I go. They finally run me through every test they can throw at me to find out I had an obstruction in the opening to my Gal Bladder and also some stones wich where infected. I was admitted to St Marks and schedualed for surgery wich finally took place Wednsday night and I was released thursday morning. It's more painfull since they had to do some extra stuff since they had some complications but I'm finally home and recouping for a week or so. I'm dying not getting out to any shows for a while but all will be better soon.

Ed, glad you are doing better. It seems more often they are dismissing initial problems and only when it happens again do they do the research they should have done. Take it easy and get some rest.

Thanks everyone I appreciate it. I'm starting to feel a little better but it still hurts (wow I'm a sissy) lol.
I was lucky enough to have had 4 Hot nurse takin care of me, 2 on the night shift and 2 on the day shift. I need to work on my skillz though, I couldn't talk them into a sponge bath ( not for me though, hint hint) lol.

Thnx Jeff and Mikey, I appreciate it.
Unfortunetly I ended up back in the ER on friday evening. Apparently they messed up my throat when they pulled out my chest tube when the surgery was done. I underwent some more Nasty test's to find this out. The tube scrapped my throught when it was taken out and they said it look's like I have road rash on my throught due to this. Now recovery is going to take a bit longer, lucky me!!

Sorry to hear the bad news Ed. We are going to miss you while your recovering, but you need to take the time and get the rest required so heal as quickly as possible.
Look forward to seeing you when you get better.

This is the Best Get Well card ever, my nephew made this for me. He was so worried when I ended up in the hospital he even tried calling to see if I was ok, he told my Mom he doesn't want anything to happen to me because Uncle Ed is my favorite uncle. What a Great kid!!
