Finally got around to getting a catch can, I might have been one of the last members to get a catch can, as I didnt really see the value or believed in the hype, but after Heath & Harrison, told me they couldnt add anymore timing to my tune due to knock which was caused from oil consumption in my old intake manifold, I decided it was time to order one for my new stage 3 CNC ported and polish manifold, which I will be getting pics up soon, hopefully by end of week. Now to the badges First one is my grille badge, since my car is Black and Chrome, I decided it was time for the stock gold one to go, still puzzles me Chrysler added gold badging to the grille. Not sure if picture is clear enough but its Black and Chrome/Silver Replaced the rear trunk red srt8 badge with the black srt8 badge, pretty stoked bout it. Saw this badge awhile ago and figured I wanted to have it but didnt know where I would put this one single badge. Lucky for me, this was the last one, at least told my Nate at Billet Technolgy. Figured since I didnt have any engraving on catch can, this would be pretty cool. Side view of polish catch can

Congrats Chris they look awesome and I know you've waiting awhile to get the catch can. Well worth the wait! Badges look saweet too. Im gonna need sunglasses to look at your engine bay! Thanks Dave, much appreciated. Engine bay is slowing coming along and I do mean slowly. I have a long way to go but figured it’s a start right. Those are sweet. I love that black/white SRT8 trunk badge. And a new manifold! Congrats Chris. Thanks Kellie, much appreciated. Figured I better do something or else I would have to keep my hood closed the whole time when I park around you and Dave’s bad arse Chargers. I like the black/white badges but I went with Black and Silver to match rest of the cars theme. Will get pics up of manifold, should be finished hopefully by this Wed/Thurs. Nice I like the badges kinda looks like mine Thanks Richard, You are my inspiration lol. Post pics of your badge, didn’t know it looked like yours, going to have to send it back now.

very nice brother, those will look very nice! and you're crazy! I know you're very smart when it comes to all the stuff we talk about, i see all the advise and knowledge you share with our members and youre always spot on! I've been to school and ive always been a motorhead and yeah I still know old school better then the newest stuff out there but I still know how everything works etc so a catch can was the first thing I purchased! if you needed convincing I would have been taking pictures of mine at every oil change and shown ya just how much oil gets thrown back down the throat of our hemi's in 2500 to 3k, best conscious purchase I've ever made as I KNOW its doing its job! the first time I took off my throttle body (at around 9k I think) I wiped the inside of the front of the manifold with a rag and it had a fairly decent film of oil on it! can't imagine the 50k I have on it now without it, oil sludge and unhappy injectors!

Yeah, cant believe I was the last of the mohicans when it came to getting the catch can. Hopefully a clean manifold will allow for more tuning. Looks great Chris! Bout time you bought a catch can. Your engine bay is gonna look sick once it's all done. I wanna be just like you one day and have a bada$$ car! Thanks Stephen, I know its about time, I was waiting to get one free from 722 Motoring ;D Engine is a work in progress, but you stating you wanna be like me and have a badass car is jut mocking me ;D My only reply is to get you a 300 too, just kidding your Charger is more bad ass with all the work you got done to her. In comparison, I am just scratching the surface.

Do you have a picture of where you mounted the catch can for when I get around to installing mine? Yeah, I will get some up tomorrow. I have the Zbracket so it may vary but not by much. Super easy install and I would be more than happy to help out when you get around to it, but as everyone has stated, sooner the better. Slapped mine on for couple starts and I already have small drops of oil, and this is probably less than 20 miles driven since install.
