ahaha, thanks. I'm thinking of going with either the vortech or the new SMS one. I really like the twin screw setup like techo but I've heard the sms is a lot better system in terms of the intercooler and such so we'll see. Ben, you gotta hit up techo for a promotional deal or something and get one on yours A few people dont like techo because you cant use nitrous without spending a lot more money |

Are you sure about that? cause I know the guy with the car named "trojan" is going to be running an sms and has stated that they are different. If I recall ben you said you knew him, so if you know anything different I'd love to know the difference. I originally thought they were the same but I guess there are some changes SMS is adding to the basic twin screw setup involving the cooling system. I like the techo but they are just soooo expensive compared to some of the other brands, and a good deal louder.

from what I remember talking to him, he was running the SMS twin screw supercharger before he sold it. I heard SMS is working on a new project call the Six-Pack SMS Twin Screw Supercharger. Trojan said he was going to be working on something new but was going to keep it a surprise. The SMS is ported more than the Techco so it does get more horsepower, so I guess it's a little bit different.

Ok, then I guess they are the same...but different. After seeing that techo last night though, I want to get one oh sooooo badly. I just wish they weren't just shy of $10,000!!! I think I need to find someone who wants to buy a kidney...

no kidding cause I would have to get the boom tubes and the suspension and wheels and hurst shifter if i put the techo on...I need to find a better job!
