Going to sell the jeep

Such a difficult post. I've typed and then walked away. But I think the time has come... The build is finally solid and I feel comfortable handing the keys over. So, some advice on what you guys think I should ask for it. The numbers on ksl.com are all over the board from 25k to 37k. KBB.com says a value of 30k but it has over 25k in upgrades. I know I won't get all of my money back on the upgrades but they should be worth something shouldn't they?

In all honesty your best bet is to get it on ebay, you'll definitely get a lot of attention on there and see how the economy is for performance vehicles.

I'd set the reserve high the first time, and if by some chance it actually gets there, then you know it's worth selling.

I feel bad asking, but I know it probably will be asked, but for the sake of others are you looking to take any of the performance items off to sell? If there's any thought of trading it in I'd highly advise you to think about taking some of the stuff off. It may also make the buy more appealing to someone local with lowering the price ever so slightly, every dollar counts.

This thing is a beast. My opinion goes for eBay as well but getting as much as you can out of it, price wise you may be looking at around 39-40k asking price.

Considering the jeep has been tuned with all of the performance parts, then no I will leave it intact. I'm not trading it in for anything, so it will be a straight sell. Good ideas on ebay and price. I'll post it up and see what happens.

Dang Kellie say it so. It will sell as fast as it is driven. Chris Jawless was looking for a Beast but I think he may have bought a jeep recently. There is a local guy looking for one. I bet he would be interest, he said he is going to try to come out and watch.
Yeah throw it on eBay for a quick sell. Maybe Wes Johnson will buy it since he loves collecting high horsepower performance vehicles. Good luck with sale, I wish could afford it! Love to see it stay in Utah.

That jeep ended up doing 12.68 sec in the qtr mile at just under 112 mph tonight at RMR! It's one sweet ride!

I'll give you $30k and my Magnum! O.k... I wish, I really do. The one car I'd pass the Magnum up for is the SRT Jeep... or something equally as bad ass as yours.

Its sad to see you're doing this, it is, but its a decision you've chose. It'll be missed... we know you're not going anywhere, maybe the Jeep can find a new local home within the club again? That's going to be tough for you to see it once its gone I'm sure, but it won't be for me :-) I'd love to see it everyday if I could.
